Join us once again for a lovely 10km race that takes you from Pontypool out to Mamhillad and back along the scenic Monmouthshire to Brecon canal towpath

Raising money to support Hospice Care in our Community.
This year the event is being held in memory of Mike Brunnock who was taken from us far too soon in August 2021.
Mike took part in this event many times, either running or offering his time as a marshal and we know that his jovial presence will be missed by many. Mike was cared for in his last months by St David's Hospice Care and running in his memory is a fitting tribute to a true Gent.
